Ok.

So the upcoming Harry Potter movie has me pretty excited. Yep, can't wait to see the trials of the Goblet of Fire and all. I definitely want to see how the movie interprets those mermaid-things, and the death of that one kid...was it Cedric? I forget his name.

But...

Nothing has me more excited than the movie The Chronicles of Narnia. If you check out the link, you can watch 7 different videos on the movie. Both trailers had chills of excitement sparking through every nerve end on my back and arms. There is nothing more enchanting than seeing mythical creatures done so fantastically well as they have done with this movie. And what's particularly mind boggling is how...real...Aslan looks. And I kid you not. What's better, is that it's Liam Neeson voicing that character....good lord that's wonderful. Talk about casting some DAMN good characters.

The centaurs are amazing. The gryphon is too good to be true. Minotaurs, talking rodents, wolves, ogers, Pan...everything my fantasy loving heart could ever..EVER want to see. And to top it all off, most of the movie was filmed in New Zealand. That country is heart-wrenchingly gorgeous. Talk about a location that could very easily make me cry if I went.

I can only imagine the onslaught of fanart that will ensue when this movie is released. I might just get sick of unicorns and lions after that. =P
